Jack Anthony Hayes, age 66 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Sunday, September 11th 2016 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Myrtie Hayes and Otha and Mary Babb; sisters, Nancy Cumbie and Connie Peavey; brothers, Leonard C. Babb, Sam Cole, and Tony Babb; and grandson, Seth Lawhorne.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Hayes; sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher Hayes, Dale and Donna Lawhorne; daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Brian Wright, April Baker and Shea Welch; sisters, Paulette Babb Henderson and Marsha Luna; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; and special friends.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Jack Hayes will be 11:00 am Wednesday, September 14th 2016 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Rev. Tommy Jenkins and his son, Dale Lawhorne officiating. Burial will be in Gordy Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Tuesday, September 13th 2016.
