Willis (Joe) Baker, age 73 of Dalton, passed away Friday, May 26th 2017 in Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Joe was a pastor for over 40 years and he was the pastor of Midway Baptist Church most recently.
Mr. Baker is preceded in death by his father, Luster Baker.
He is survived by his wife, Reba Baker; mother, Lillie Mae Baker; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Amy Baker, Roger and Kim Baker, Bryan and Adele Baker; brothers, Herman Baker and Edward Baker; 8 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Joe Baker will be 1:00 PM Monday, May 29th 2017 from the chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev, Oscar Stapp and Rev. Roger Baker officiating. Burial will be in United Memorial Garden Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Sunday, May 28th 2017.
