Virginia Faye (McGee) Hughes

Virginia Faye Hughes, age 82 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Monday, April 29th 2019 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Ed Hughes; parents, Orgie and Ophelia McGee; and sister, Nellie Lowe.

She is survived by her children, Donna Widener; Debi (Joe) Williams, Darlene Lopez, Diane Hughes, Dale Hughes, and Kenny Hughes; brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Ann McGee and Bill and Carolyn McGee; sister, Alice Edgeman; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; special friends, Charlotte and Ronald Williams and Kerry Turner; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Faye Hughes will be 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 1st 2019 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Rev. Duane Mills officiating. Burial will be in.Gordy Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 1st 2019.
