Tyler (T.C.) Chad Brown

Tyler Chad (T.C.)  Brown, age 38 of Fairbanks, Alaska, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2024, in Fairbanks, Alaska.

TC enjoyed life to the fullest.  He was happiest when he was outdoors hiking, hunting, kayaking, fishing, riding the barely-there trails in the wilderness and exploring new places.  He had an adventurous spirit and loved traveling and seeing the world.  One of his favorite past-times was playing the guitar and singing old gospel hymns.  He grew up watching his Mamaw Hazel play and singing along with us.

Tyler is preceded in death by his grandparents Larry & Hazel Brown; bonus grandparents Virgil & Kathryn Pressnell; uncle Richard Brown; aunt Annitta Brown; and cousin Brittany Kendrick.

Tyler is survived by his Parents Ronnie & Deborah Long; sisters Ashley Long (Quincy Bonds) and Holly Seeman (John); special  uncle & aunt Tim & Darla Pressnell;  great aunts, Joanne Tweed, Susie Ridley and Tommie Green; cousins: Richard  Anthony (Shannon) Brown, Steven Lee Brown, Josh (Cecilia) Pressnell, Brooke Kendrick (Justin Davenport), Cady (Jordan) Anderson and BreeAnna (Dustin) Donahue;  nephews & nieces: Riley Davenport, Evan Davenport, Aaliyah Bonds, Allie Kendrick, Jakobe Bonds, Stella Gibson, Larry Davenport, Jaxson Seeman, Troy Donahue and Sasha Pressnell; special family: Kenny & Teresa Noland and Andy & Amy Buckner; special friend, Lisa Winters; and many more extended family and friends who will greatly miss him.

Tyler had a large group of boys and girls that were friends from grade school until he passed. They were rough and tumble most of the time but they loved each other like brothers and sisters.  Too many to list them all but they know who they are and they are all so special to us.  They were there for each other no matter what life threw at them and they have all been here for us. They will never know what that has meant to us and the comfort they have brought to us in this difficult time.

Memorial services to celebrate the life of T.C. Brown will be 5:00 pm Saturday, July 13, 2024, from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev. Daniel Mason and Rev. Crafton Dover officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm Saturday, July 13, 2024.

Immediately following the memorial service at Jones Funeral Home, A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be held at the home of Tim and Darla Pressnell 130 Brown Road Chatsworth, Georgia 30705.
