Suzanne Hoffman, age 74 of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her home.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Thomas Hoffman; children, Sonia Lefreda Hoffman, Paul Kevin Hoffman, Susanne Elisabeth Hoffman, and Joshua Andrew Hoffman.

Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
