Ralph Paul Newton

Ralph Paul Newton, age 96 of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022, at his home. He was born in Blue Diamond, KY, February 6, 1925. A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Newton served as a technician in World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents Paul Kennedy and Elva White Newton and wives Dorothy Woodard, Mary L. Bennett, and Lucille Faw; brothers, Edward, Clyde, and Lloyd Newton; and sister, Lula Mae Cochran.

He is survived by children Patricia Burchell Wilson, Judy Elaine Beck, Paul Brian Newton, Sammy Faw, and Gail Baggett; brother W.L. Newton; sister Betty Hammontree Green; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ralph Newton will be at 2:00 Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home with Rev. David Eaton officiating. Burial will be in Dawnville Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
