Phyllis Louise (Burgess) Earnest

Phyllis Earnest, age 93 of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, at Advent Murray Health.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Earnest.

She is survived by sons, Joseph Chris (Sally) Earnest and Jerry Brett (Maggie) Earnest; daughter, Phyllis Lynn Earnest (Lawrence) Lyles; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Private family funeral services to celebrate the life of Phyllis Earnest have been held.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Mrs. Earnest be made to The First Baptist Church of Chatsworth Food Bank 121 West Market Street Chatsworth, Georgia 30705.
