Myrtle (Patterson) Willis

Myrtle Patterson Willis, age 93 of Crandall, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2026, in Murray Woods Care Community.

She was predeceased by her husband, Bentley Willis; parents, Miley and Georgia May Patterson; brothers, A.J., J.L., Kirby, and Billy Patterson; sisters, Leona Brooks and Lorene Keener; grandson, Gregory D. McCurdy, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Wayne Baxter and Sherry and Hubert Scott; grandchildren, Misti and Shane Cloer, Andy and Kimberly Baxter, Bridget and Jacob Rymer, Chris and Menden Scott; great-grandchildren, Hunter Cloer, McKinley Cloer, Elsie Baxter, Mason Ridley, Nicholas Rymer, Hunter Rymer, Landon Scott, Paxton Scott and Cadence Scott.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Myrtle Willis will be 4:00 pm Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev. Kenneth Pritchett officiating. Burial will be in Fairy Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
