Matthew Sky Milloway, age 38 of Daphne, Alabama, passed away December 9, 2021 at his home.
Matthew proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Long after he left the Marine Corps, the saying remained true, “Once a Marine, always a Marine”. In fact, he loved the ocean so much that he spent the last year of his life living on the Gulf Coast of Alabama. He bought a beautiful fixer-upper and spent much of his time renovating it so that his friends and family could come visit. With his dog Jupiter by his side, he lived his last year doing what he loved. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Helen Millaway and Byung Duk Kim and Bu Oak Lee Kim.
He is survived by his father and mother, David and Mi Hyon Milloway; sisters and brother-in-law, Brandy Milloway and Mikki and Chris Dobbs; nieces, Lyla Avenick, Cheyenne and Sarah Dobbs.
