Mary Ann Davenport

Mary Ann Weaver Davenport, age 89, of Crandall passed away June 12, 2025, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Davenport; daughter, Teresa England; and grandson, Little George Davenport.

She is survived by her sons, Theodore William (Teddy) Davenport and Jerry Robert Davenport; daughter, Donna Kaye Davenport; grandchildren, Jamie Davenport, Tadd Davenport, Chad England, Jonathan England, Jeremy Davenport, Kurt Andrew Davenport, Stacy Davenport, Zachriah Davenport, Jacob Davenport, Raquel Croy, and Daniel Carr; 9 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mary Ann Davenport will be 1:00 pm Saturday, June 14, 2025, from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth.  Burial will be in Fairy Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.

It was Mrs. Davenport’s request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in her memory to organizations that provide food to needy families in the Chatsworth/Murray County area.
