Leroy Elrod

Leroy Elrod, age 74 of Matthews, North Carolina and formerly of Chatsworth, passed away Thursday, October 29^th  2020.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonnia Elrod; daughter, Sherri Elrod; father and mother, Bennie and Ruby Mahallie Elrod; and brothers, Carl Elrod and Jerry Elrod.

He is survived by his daughter, Rita Miles and her beloved, Robert McDowell; brothers, Walker Elrod; sisters, Delois Holland, Cynthia Ellison, Angela Elrod, and Belinda Smith.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Leroy Elrod will be Sunday, November 1^st  2020 at 4:00 pm from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth. Burial will be in Faith Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm Sunday, November 1^st  2020.
