Judy Stephens a resident of Rossville, Georgia and formerly of Waynesville, North Carolina died Saturday, June 6th 2020.
She was the daughter of the late Robert & Hester Whitner; also preceded in death by her late husband Mont A. Stephens who died in 1987; three sisters, Frances Whitner, Kathleen Rhinehart and Irene Williams; three brothers, D.M. Whitner, Troy Whitner and James Whitner; and step-son, Ralph Stephens.
She is survived by three daughters; Rhonda Barfield of Waynesville, Linda Miller and Susie Campbell of Rossville; two sons, Dwayne Stephens of Asheville NC and David Stephens (Jennifer) of Weaverville NC; step-daughter, Addie (John) Brown; sister, Doris London of Waynesville; brother, Frank Whitner of Waynesville NC; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and two step great-grandchildren.
Judy loved fishing and deer hunting she was a wonderful loving mother, memaw and mammaw. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Judy Stephens will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, June 9th 2020 from Buchanan Cemetery in Waynesville, North Carolina.
