Jimmy Allen Poole

Jimmy Allen Poole, age 64 of Chatsworth, passed away Friday, May 23, 2025, in Parkside Center for Nursing and Rehab at Ellijay.

He was predeceased by his parents, J.T. and Kathleen Poole; brothers, Timothy Wayne Poole and James Shannon Poole; and sister Judy Mae Purvis.

He is survived by his wife, Sara Poole; daughters, Marlina Nichole Lane and Saralyn (Shane) Shelley; son, Keith Shelley; sisters, Kathy Poole Owens and Margie Nell Willis; grandchildren, Gavin, Olivia, and Isabella Lane; nieces, nephews, and other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, May 29, 2025, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lenox City Cemetery in Lenox, Georgia.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at Baker Funeral Home.
