Jerry Thomas Dean, age 79 of Chatsworth, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023, in Chatsworth Healthcare Center.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lynn Dean; parents, Robert Steed and Gladys Marie Dean; and brother, Daniel (Ray) Dean; nephews, Bobby Bynum and Michael Ray Dean; and sister-in-law, Lisa Alexander.

He is survived by brothers, Michael E. (Rhonda) Dean and Jackie (Redena) Dean; sister, Rachel Elrod; nephew, Adam Dean; nieces, Kim Hicks and Teresa Stafford; and sister-in-law, Kathy Satterfield.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Jerry Dean will be 2:00 pm January 3, 2024, from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev. Charles Moore officiating. Burial will be in Fairy Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Wednesday January 3, 2024, at Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth.
