Jerry Hughes

Jerry Hughes, age 80 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2026, in Hospice Care of Chattanooga.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Hughes.

He is survived by his daughters, Kendra Hughes and Mike Wooten, Stacey and John Brumbelow, and Sandy K. Hughes; grandchildren, Bryar and Mason Wooten, Savannah and Jonathan Brumbelow, and John and Meagan Arbaugh; 4 great-grandchildren; special niece, Mary Galloway; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Jerry Hughes will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill. Burial will be in Dogwood Valley Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
