James Woodrow Davis

James Woodrow Davis, age 78 of Chatsworth, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Ruth Davis; brother, David Davis; sister, Imogene Gibson; and special friends, Shirley and Starling Lawson.

He is survived by son, James Wesley Davis; daughter, Angela Jane Davis; brothers, Lowell (Debbi) and Johnny (Sheila) Davis; grandchildren, Sierra, Shiloh, and Sheldon Davis; nieces, Anita Drennan, Laura Hall, Caylah Merritt; nephew, Jonathan Davis; numerous other friends and other relatives also survive.

Graveside services to celebrate the life of James Woodrow Davis will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Gilmer County with Lowell Davis officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
