Dell (Bowen) Ellis

Dell Ellis, age 85 of Chatsworth, passed away Friday, January 4th 2019 in Hamilton Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Ellis; daughter, Nina Rose Ellis; and parents, Tommy and Rosa Bowen.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Glenda Stephenson; grandchildren, Melodi and Ian Tankersley, and Ben and Sara Stephenson; great-grandchildren, Ella Kate, Claire, and Lincoln Tankersley, and Laney, Emmaline and Amelia Stephenson; sister, Annette Patton;  sister-in-law, Etta Mae Dooley; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Dell Ellis will be 4:00 pm Sunday, January 6th 2019 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev. Danny Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm Sunday, January 6th 2019.
