David Richard Phillips

David Richard (Dave) Phillips, Sr., age 65 of Chatsworth, passed away Tuesday, November 17th 2020 in Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Holly Phillips; and parents, Marcellus Matthew and Dorothy Phillips.

He is survived by his son, David Richard Phillips, Jr.; daughters, Tiffany Leigh Phillips, Stephanie Lee Phillips, and Kayla Renee Scott; sister, Merylyn Jean Smith; nieces, Dawn and Tony Rampley, Georgia and Toby Reed, and Bobbie Kay Smith; great-nieces and great-nephews, Haydn, Bethany, Damon, Kaylee, Kayla, Hannah, Christian, and Blakely.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of David Phillips will be 3:00 pm Saturday, November 21st 2020 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth. Burial will be in Murray Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm Saturday, November 21st 2020.

To avoid the spread of the  new Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
