Charles Emory Nix

Charles Nix, age 73 of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, passed away Friday, February 25, 2022, in Sweetwater Hospital Association.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Nix; father, Carl Nix; and brother, Johnny Nix.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Nix; daughters and sons-in-law, Mindy and Tony Keene; Stephanie Parrish, and Heather and James Cripe; brother, Willard Nix; sisters, Barbara Nix, Carolyn Pritchett, and Dale Moore; grandchildren, KayLinn McDaniel, Mark Parrish, Destiny Tucker, Specialist Mason McKenzie, Kinsey Barnes, and Nicholas Cripe; great-grandchildren, Brantley, Jayvinn, Dalayna, and Easton; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Charles Nix will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 1, 2022 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
