Brandon Ray Carter

Brandon Carter, age 40 of Chatsworth, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2021.

First and foremost, Brandon loved spending time with family and friends, especially his wife and children.  He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and the biggest Georgia Bulldogs fan.  He loved rubbing the shamrocks with his best friend, Brian. Very importantly, he was a public servant, spending over twenty years in law enforcement.

Brandon was preceded in death by grandparents Bradley Carter, Bobby Ray Cox, and Eula Mae Bramlett and great-grandfather James Patterson.

He is survived by his wife, Danielle Carter; son, Logan Carter; daughters Lana and London Carter; parents Cindy and Mike Bramlett and Gary Carter; brothers Chad Carter and Jason Carter; special cousin who was like a sister Kristy (Rob) Johnson; grandmothers Louise Carter, Mildred Cox, and Earline Patterson; special friends Brian & Michelle Bruton and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Brandon Carter will be at 2:00, Friday, January 7, 2022 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Mike Bowen officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Sumach Cemetery in Cisco.

The family will receive friends from noon until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the United Credit Union, 605 Calhoun Street, Dalton, GA 30721 for the benefit of his children.
