Ava Nell Witt

Ava Nell Witt, age 85 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Monday, March 10, 2025, in NHC Healthcare in Rossville, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Roy Witt; and parents Noah and Emma Bagley.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Karen Witt and  Timothy D and Donna Witt; brothers, Robert (Donald) Bagley and Ruben Bagley; grandchildren, Victoria Witt Burrell, Austin Kyle Witt, Noah Witt, Andrew (Tabitha) Witt, Chris (Dianna) Witt;  great-grandchildren, Jackson Witt, Lucas Witt, Coen Burrell, Caden Burrell, James Boles, and Baby Burrell arriving in June.

Funeral services to celebrate the life of Ava Nell Witt will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Pastor Roy Gentry, Jr. officiating. The burial will be in Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
