Henry Austin Brown, age 89, of Tunnel Hill, passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 28, 2020 in the home that he built for his family 54 years ago.
He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Brown who he married in 1953; his parents Charlie and Mary Brown; brothers Albert Brown, Dave Brown, Clifford Brown, Vestie Brown and sister Texie Pierce; and daughter-in-law Bronnie Brown.
He is survived by his sons, Austin Lamar Brown, his wife Mary-Lynn Brown, and Allen Lee Brown; grandchildren Eric Brown, his wife Georgia, Shane Brown his husband Jason Maschi, Samantha Smothers, her husband Jimmy, and Hannah Turner; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services remembering Austin Brown will be 1:00 pm Saturday, January 2nd, 2020 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Pastor Eric Brown officiating. He will be laid to rest for eternity with his wife Helen at Gordy Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 11:00 to 1:00 pm Saturday, January 2nd, 2020
