Lynn Vallely, age 86 of Tunnel Hill, passed away Friday, July 14th 2017 in Tranquility of Dalton.
Mr. Vallely dedicated himself to the defense of his country by serving 21 years in the United States Army. He earned the rank of Master SGT. He was the owner of Sa-When Bag Company for over 35 years.
Mr. Vallely is survived by his wife of 64 years, Maria Vallely; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Diane Vallely; daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and James Chadwick; grandson and wife, Christian and Tiffany Chadwick; and great-granddaughter, Saila Chadwick.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday, July 18th 2017. Military rites will be conducted at 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in memory of Lynn Vallely to Alzheimer’s Association, Georgia Chapter 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550 Atlanta, Georgia 30346.
