Barbara Lee Wimpy Haynes, age 82 of Rocky Face, passed away Wednesday, July 12th 2017 in Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Haynes.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Hershel Haynes and Linda Masters, Edward and Teresa Haynes, David and Renee Haynes; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Sue Sutton and David Tucker; brothers and sister-in-law, Derrell and Virginia Wimpy and Rodney Wimpy; grandchildren, Jean-Nicole McElrath, Karri and Brian Roberts, Samantha and Greg Stubblefield, C.J. Haynes, Ashley and Zach Burnett, Matthew Tucker, Megan and Drew Miller, Lance Gray, and Morgan and Mitch Brown; ten great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Barbara Haynes will be 1:00 pm Saturday, July 15th 2017 from Dogwood Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Gentry, Jr., Rev. Benny Roberts, and Rev. Terry Ray officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm Friday, July 14th 2017.
