Sammy Ray Johnson, age 64 of Rossville, passed away Tuesday, November 1st 2016 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe M. and Emma Irene Johnson; son, Christopher Scott Gross; and daughter, Kimberley K. McDaniels.
He is survived by his wife, Iris Johnson; sons and daughter, James Gross, Dewayne Johnson, Warren Gullion, Christopher Johnson, Steven Johnson, Michelle Hayes, and David Chambers; brothers and sisters, Marvin Johnson, Linda Gill, Carolyn Sizemore, Carl Johnson, James Melvin (Jimmy) Johnson, Patricia Touchstone, Kenneth Johnson, and Cathy Johnson; 21 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 12:00 (noon) pm Saturday, November 5th 2016 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill. Burial will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 5:30 Friday, November 4th 2016
