Marvis Headrick, age 81 of Crandall, passed away Monday, December 7th 2015 in Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, W.A and Rosa Headrick; brothers, Mitchell, Kenneth, Leonard, Eldon, and Ishmael Headrick.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Headrick; daughter and son-in-law, Phyllis and “Chuck” Boyd and Cecelia Jones; grandchildren, Marvis David and Franci Scott, Jacob Lee Jones, and Phylica Frankenberger; great-grandchildren, Christiana R. Scott, Isabella G. Scott, Rachel Frankenberger, and Paul Walton; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Marvis Headrick will be 2:00 pm Thursday, December 10th 2015 from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev. Larry Chastain and Rev. Curt Thomason officiating. Burial will be in Fairy Valley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Wednesday, December 9th 2105.
