He was a veteran of the U.S. Armed Services.
He is survived by his sisters, Donna Andrews, Cheryl Burrell, and Yvonne Gordon; and brothers, Jeral L. Fleak, Jr. and Jesse Fleak.
Memorial services to celebrate the life of Johnny L. Fleak will be Thursday, October 6th 2016 from Old Fashion Baptist Church with Brother Ron Stephens officiating.
