Ervin Leebert Cook, age 75 passed away at his home on Monday, October 12, 2015.
He is the son of the late Claude Farris Cook and Ida Lee Kinsey Cook. Ervin attended Westside School and worked 45 years for Candlewick Yarns.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by brothers and sisters in law, Farris and Nellie Ruth L. Cook, Eugene “Dimp” Cook, Leon Cook, and James Claude “J.C.” Cook; sisters and brothers-in-law, Anna Bell and John L. Horton, Betty and Ralph Stinnett; daughter in law Marcia Therber Cook, nieces: Annelle Cook Curtis, Gwenn Cook Cheathem ; nephews, Ronnie Horton, David Horton, and James Claude “Jamey” Cook.
He is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Claude Ricky and Donna Cook, David Cook and Tom Cook; daughter and son-in-law: Regina and Kip Franklin of Chatsworth; brother and sister-in-law, Charlie and Betty June Cook, and sister-in-law, Sandra B. Cook all of Tunnel Hill; and special friends Al and Diane Konkel, of Rocky Face, and Regenia Davenport of Rocky Face; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
Funeral services will be conducted 4:00 pm Wednesday, October 14th 2015 from the chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Tunnel Hill with Dr. Danny Cochran officiating. Burial at Dunagan Cemetery
